Entry fee must be paid in order to be entered

Entered player may not sell his spot

PayPal, money orders, and cash are accepted

Waiting List Entry

Entry fee must be paid to go on waiting list

Priority

First paid is next up as players withdraw

Waiting List Refunds

100% refund for players on waiting list that do not get to play

Check-in Requirement

All players must be present and checked in prior to players meeting

Late Notification

Late players must notify management by phone prior to players meeting or lose spot

Called-in Late Players

May be given until start of auction to be present at tournament director's discretion

Late Player Fine

15% fine for any late playerfunds added to Break & Run

Processing Time

Refunds processed within a week after tournament completion

Withdrawal Fee

15% charge to process refund for withdrawing player

Waiting List Exception

No 15% refund charge for waiting list players that do not get to play

72+ Hour Refunds

Full refunds, no questions asked, up to 72 hours prior to players meeting

24-72 Hour Refunds

Refund subject to filling the spot vacated by withdrawing player

No Refunds

No refunds for late players or withdrawals within 24 hours of players meeting

New league seasons start through the year. Teams and single players both sign up by phone.
